Hands of Hope Clinic is for low-income adults ages 19-64, that currently do not have health insurance but need to see a doctor for non-emergency purposes. The clinic reduces the amount of unnecessary emergency room visits, while helping to keep those without insurance healthy, and up to date on their maintenance medications, and annual screenings.

Dental services for those with and without health insurance. Services are offered at our Warren office location with Mercy Health dental van.
In 2017, new dental services will be offered with the help of Corydon Palmer Dental Society, which will hold a monthly evening dental clinic at Northside Hospital in Youngstown.

Vision Services for uninsured or under-insured adults that meet application requirements, based on income, 200% or below the Federal Poverty Level. Clients will meet with our Care Coordinator, Maureen Zamarelli, to complete the application for a free eye exam and glasses. For more details, please call our office at 330-373-0703.
